Scheduler

Cris Scheduler is a collection of views and tools that gives users an overview of arrived and due patients in a department. It allows a patient's whereabouts to be recorded within a department, i.e. from waiting area to examination room, whilst also providing booking clerks with a single, prioritised list of patients requiring attention.

Cris Scheduler is separated into four tabs:

• Overview provides an at a glance view of any room closures or comments that are relevant to the user.
• Whiteboard displays all booked appointments, arranged by room and in chronological order. It displays appointments from six hours before until seven hours after the current hour.
• Worklist displays all appointments that require a booking. Appointments can be arranged in priority order to aid the booking process.
• Heatmap provides an at a glance overview of the busiest days in a month for appointments.
